1. Register and become a member by filling up the form in LIST-PROPERTY
2. Existing member through “sign in” will be directed to their advertising home page.
3. You will have to create the listing by filling in all the information which are compulsory, then click on
SAVE AND CONTINUE BELOW
4. While you are listing 1st property, if you want to add on more properties, then click on "ADD MORE PROPERTIES"
it will allow you to start describing your next property, and like this you can keep adding more and more properties at one time. If you wish not to add any more properties then after having completed the last listing click on
"SAVE AND CONTINUE BELOW", this will allow you to select a plan with number of properties that you wish to submit and finally submit it.
5. If you want to cancel the additional property listing that you are in, then just click on "QUICK CHECK OUT" and then select the listing plan below and submit.
6. Make sure that while making your listing viewable, all your properties check box is selected in your management box on top. Accordingly you can select the plan below and submit.
7.While listing you have the option of uploading your property image, at first you will have to upload only one image and submit your listing, the additional images for the same property will have to be done by clicking on “EDIT” of that property. Once you click on “EDIT” of any property on your management box, the details of that particular property comes below and you can add or modify any thing you wish to, even can upload additional up to 10 images for the same and submit by clicking on upload. This is only due to the reason that uploading more images of different size can take more uploading time and lead to time expiry from the server.
8. The 1st image that you upload at the time of listing a property, will be highlighted and be made visible on the home page of the web site.
9. You can update you’re your profile by clicking on “update profile” from your home page.
10. You can change your password by clicking on “change your password” from your home page.
11. If you wish to advertise your property image on “Featured space” of the home page of the site, then you got select that property by clicking on “Edit” of the property described line from your home page. Just above the property details click on “Feature request” and submit your request. Same way you can request for advertising your property image on the 1st page of the home page, just below the Featured ones.
12. After the Featured request is made, properties-mart will allow or disallow you depending on the availability of the space. To view your request, please click on “view featured request” link from top of your home page. If you are allowed of your request, then you will have to click on the “pay” link to pay for that advertisement. The discounted price will be shown after clicking on the “pay” link.
